What To Include
- Hound K8s version and macOS version.
- Whether the issue happens during cluster import, AWS EKS sign-in, resource browsing, logs, YAML editing, diagnostics, or Trace Graph.
- Any visible error message, with secrets and tokens removed.
- A screenshot if it does not expose private infrastructure details.
Do Not Send Secrets
Please do not send kubeconfig credentials, bearer tokens, AWS credentials, private keys, production Secret values, customer data, or private logs that contain sensitive information.
Purchases and Restore
Hound K8s uses Apple In-App Purchase for the trial and lifetime unlock. If a purchase does not appear, use Restore Purchase inside the app while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Current Built-in Cloud Support
Hound K8s currently provides built-in cloud connection support for AWS EKS. Standard kubeconfig files can still be imported when they use supported Kubernetes credentials.
